  • Somebody From Our Team Will Guide You On To Ship The Product Back To Us .

  • Please Do Not Ship Any Product Without Corresponding With Our Representative.

  • All Repair Product Must Be Accompanied With A Copy Of Original Invoice.

  • All Product Must Be Shipped Back To Urban Thesaurus Jewellery In Its Original Packaging.

  • Our Brand Will Not Be Responsible For Any Lost Or Damaged Product (If Any)After They Get Shipped Back To Us.

  • All Shipping Costs Related To The Repair Will Be Borne By The Customer.

  • All Repair Can Be Undertaken With A Cost Subject To Repair.

  • In The Plastic Zip lock Bag Provided By Us Always Remember To Seal The Zip lock Bag Completely And Properly With The Inside Air Removed , To Create A Vacuum Pack Effect.

  • Do Not Store The Jewellery In Tissue Paper And Cloth Or Leather Pouches.

  • Always Remember To Remove All Your Jewellery Before Taking A Shower Or Going For A Swim.

  • Do Not Use Any Liquid Cleaners ,Soap ,Detergents Or Toothpaste To Clean The Jewellery.

  • When Getting Dressed ,Always Wear The Jewellery Last To Avoid Any Contact With Cream,Cosmetics. Nail Polish Remover, Perfume, Hair Spray Or Water.

  • Make Sure Your Jewellery Is Not In Constant Contact With Rough Surface To Avoid Scratches
